The Foundation Notes the Passing of Dr. H. L. Ingmar (1941–2024)
The Foundation records with regret the passing of Dr. H. L. Ingmar, who served as Chair of the board from 2001 to 2008. Dr. Ingmar's contribution to the Foundation's early operational framework, and his insistence on the quiet ethic of the institution, will be long remembered.
